IRM processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for any purposes other than those stated below, and if the purpose of use is changed, prior consent will be obtained.
- Purpose: Customer service inquiry support.

2. Personal Information Items and Collection Methods
IRM processes personal information within the minimum necessary scope for service provision. The "optional" items are additional information collected to provide better services to members. If members do not wish to provide this additional information, it will not be collected, and there will be no restrictions on using the service.
- Mandatory items: Name, Email address
- Collection method: General inquiry page

3. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information
Personal information will be immediately destroyed once the purpose of processing has been achieved or the service has been discontinued.
- Retention period: Records related to consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years

4. Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages of Refusal
Users and legal representatives have the right to refuse or withdraw consent for the collection and use of personal information as outlined above. However, refusal to consent to the collection of "mandatory items" may limit the ability to perform counseling services.
